Unfortunately, I miscarried at 8 weeks a few weeks ago, it was a missed miscarriage and baby stopped growing at 6 weeks, confirmed no heartbeat at an early 8 week reassurance scan. I had to have medical management and bleeding/symptoms finally stopped last Sunday so over a week ago now. I noticed ovulation had started from my CM the Tuesday after and ovulation seemed to last a lot longer than usual for my cycle (confirmed by LH strip tests). I hit peak on Sunday just gone (3 days ago) and last night had some very intense pains similar to period pains/the miscarriage cramps I was experiencing but no blood etc. or any other symptoms thankfully.
We were told as long as I had a negative test (which I did) and we felt mentally ready to try again we could, so we have been. Should I be concerned about the cramps? Very unusual for me to cramp outside of my period and that intensely around ovulation. Any advice would be much appreciated! :)
