2nd missed miscarriage

Just gone for a scan!
No heartbeat again! This is heartbreaking.

Does anyone know of any blood test companies me and my partner can go to to see if there is something going on?

Sorry for your losses :( I had two MMCs in a row six months apart. My husband and I went to an IVF clinic for initial investigations into recurrent miscarriage and I had some scans and blood tests etc. They offered more in depth DNA testing but didn't think it was appropriate in our case.

Go to your GP they should be able to refer you to a recurrent miscarriage clinic.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this - i'm also going through my 2nd missed miscarriage. Am intrigued to see what people say as i'm also struggling with this. So many of my tests have come back fine - have you done any testing so far OP?

I opted for private testing of the pregnancy tissue after my MMC because the NHS would only offer me an investigation after 3 misscarriages. It wasn’t too expensive, around £95. Came back as a genetic problem (trisomic pregnancy, not compatible with life). Not that there’s anything I could have done to avoid this, but it gave me the peace of mind that it was just bad luck and nothing that’s wrong with me or my partner. Sorry that you’re going through this, it’s so tough, it was a very dark time for me.
