Does this look like a miscarriage

Hi, I’m looking for some advice on seeing if anyone thinks this looks like a miscarriage? Ive had really bad stomach pain last night, diarrhoea, feeling dizzy when standing up and blood pouring out when in the bath last night.

I’m not clear if you are already pregnant, in which case I’m sorry, it doesn’t look good.
However, if you’ve not done a HPT, had not been trying to conceive, you use protection etc etc then it’s likely just a large clot. Large clots do not in themselves indicate there was a pregnancy.

I had been taking tests all of which were negative however my period was 21 days late

When I mc at home the 'tissue' had a definite blue tinge to it..

Sorry for graphic photo but has anyone experienced anything like this before, would you say it's a miscarriage or period blood clot

I have no ache/cramps.
