Miscarriage or not?

Hi All

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and am having heavy bleeding but no pain for 2 days now.

Has anyone experienced heavy bleeding in early pregnancy but still went on to have a successful pregnancy?

Hi, I'd recommend speaking to your local fertility unit. Alternatively, if you dial 111, they will arrange for a call back with someone who can advise you.

I bled lightly and was told it was nothing, but unfortunately, I was losing my baby. I do believe you can also have heavy bleeding, and all can be fine, but I'd really suggest medical advice for heavy bleeding.

So sorry there is not always a clear answer for bleeding this early.

I have miscarried before and now I feel like it's happening again!. I think I know the truth it's just that sometimes when you read things online it gives you hope but deep down I think I'm having a miscarriage again which is difficult to get my head around.

I have a scan booked for tomorrow so I will get a definite answer but the anxiety is just a bit overwhelming.

I did exactly the same thing, after the midwife called me and said all would be ok if it stopped in 4-5 days. It didn't, unfortunately, but I was doing anything to convince myself it would be ok.

I’m also experiencing this today I’m 11 weeks and have started bleeding , I have got a scan booked for tomorrow morning , have a feeling deep down it’s not going to be good news, thinking of you too in this horrible situation xx

I went for my scan this morning and there was a sac visible but no baby. I had mentally prepared myself for bad news. I have to have another scan in 7 days I assume just to ensure I pass the sac naturally. A sad and confusing day but I will be OK.

I had a very painful period with a few sharp back to back awful cramp And when I looked, I saw something came out, so I am just trying to figure out what this might be.
