Confused with miscarriage progress - cramps reduced

This is my third loss. Went to the hospital yesterday to confirm that I am most likely miscarrying. I should be 7 weeks. Have been bleeding for two days now, with some cramps but fairly light. I haven't passed any clots or had really heavy bleeding. Much less than my previous miscarriages. Now woken up not really in any pain at all, I'm so confused.

Give them another call. Sometimes a miscarriage doesn't complete properly and you may need another approach.

And sorry for your loss. It doesn't help the head to have start-stop.

Thank you. The midwife said they will rescan in a week, so I think they are expecting it to take a while. But I feel so confused so I'll check in tomorrow I think
