Low/slow rising HCG, miscarriage again?

Bit of background, 7 years ago my first pregnancy was MMC and D&C, 4 further natural miscarriages and then a live.

Fast forward to last year, chemical at the beginning of October, MMC and D&C December and fell pregnant between then and now.

Tuesday HCG 538
Thursday HCG 601
Today HCG 652

Small sac seen Tuesday, small bleed and 2 stringy datk red bits passed Thursday afternoon, bleeding stopped within the hour. Spotting today. Doctor just called to say they don't want to offer surgery or injection at this stage as a healthy pregnancy can have slow rising hcg and then peak and everything be fine. Bloods again Monday AM. Convinced I am miscarrying again as HCG still rose on my last pregnancy slowly. Any positive/negative experiences like this? I am strong enough for bluntness of stating this sounds like a miscarriage. I am fully prepared that I am currently miscarrying
