I found a out at my 12 week scan 2 and a half weeks ago that i had a MMC babies heart beat stopped at 8 weeks 3 days. I did 10 days of expectant management and nothing happened so decided to do the medical management which I did a week ago today and have only had what I can describe as a light/medium period I definitely haven’t passed any pregnancy tissue at all, I spoke with EPU and they have said that I can try medical management again next week, I’m not sure if it is likely to work the second time if it didn’t work the first: has anyone had a similar experience? Would I be better to opt for a D&C I chose medical originally as I was worried about the risk of scarring as want to try again as soon as possible, the was an IVF pregnancy so has been extremely upsetting.
