Does this sound like a miscarriage?

Honest opinions welcome, I’m fine either way

First day of last period was 17.11.23 making me 6 weeks today.

Had a brown small clot last night and brown discharge when I wiped. Today I’ve been experiencing stomach cramps similar to period pain and I’m also bleeding which is now red / pink. Not enough to bleed into a sanitary towel but quite a lot when I wipe - like a heavy period. Stomach cramps getting worse.

Took a clear blue digital test which only said 1-2 weeks pregnant.

Does this sound like a miscarriage to you? My scan isn’t until next week and I can’t get a private one any sooner. As I say, I’m fine with the outcome either way - I just want honest opinions

I really am fine with the outcome, what will be will be. I think I’m just more disappointed that I won’t know the outcome for another week yet.
