Hi, I had a scan on Thursday at 6+3 because of light spotting. Scan showed baby at the right size with heartbeat but small gestational sac. Nurse said she was ‘cautious’ and having googled; small sac usually means an impending miscarriage. Over the last few days I’ve had spotting and today it’s a bit heavier but still light. I’m wondering if this is a slow miscarriage. I haven’t had any pain yet though. I’d like to hear some miscarriage experiences, did it start slow and progress over days? I’ll try get another scan tomorrow, its horrible not knowing if I’ve lost the baby
