Ovulation

Hi

How did you start tracking ovulation after a miscarriage. Particularly if you had a late loss (i was 14 weeks).

Not sure where to start. Really want to start trying again once i've had my test results.

Mine was a first trimester loss so potentially different in terms of cycles getting back to normal, but I started tracking using OPKs about 2 and a half weeks after having surgery. I hadn't had a negative pregnancy test yet so I think the first two or three days were messed up because they were detecting HCG. I got my negative pregnancy test 3 weeks after my surgery and my OPK picked up an LH surge the next day - period came back exactly two weeks later and I'm now into my first (hopefully) normal cycle post-MC.
