however I am currently 7 weeks pregnant , I have had some bleeding but no pain , I had a reassurance scan yesterday that showed fetus with a healthy heartbeat and no signs of active bleeding everything seemed normal apart from the small bleeding ( sonographer said it was implantation bleeding )
today I had passed this whilst going for a wee…
