I’ve never experienced this before. I’ve had brown and light pink spotting for a week, intense cramps, tender breasts, all the cravings, fatigue , I was supposed to start my cycle but it never came, Then when I passed this, then all those symptoms completely stopped.. and bled for a few days… any ideas? I’m at a complete loss

i experienced this when i had a miscarriage, but i also experienced bleeding when i went on to have a healthy baby.

see a health professional today. They may send you straight to hospital.

I hope you are ok Mama213. I passed something that looked very similar a few days before they discovered my MMC. I would get an early scan when you can but it could be an early loss. Might also be just 'one of those things'.
