Not ovulating since miscarriage

Hi, sleepless night has made me decide to post with the hope of some reassurance. I’m not savvy with all the abbreviations which are used on here so apologies in advance!
I had a missed miscarriage with surgical intervention at 12 weeks back end of August. I bled on an off for about 3 weeks and since then have only had one very short light period beginning of October. I used OPKs and could see estrogen climbing but I never got an LH surge. I’m now cycle day 31 and patiently waiting for another period so I can start tracking again with the hope to conceive. I’m just struggling, time is going so slowly and I’m wondering if there is something wrong with me cus I’ve not ovulated since the miscarriage. Does it take some time to get back into regular cycles and ovulation after a surgical abortion? How long until I should worry? Thanks x

So sorry for your loss. After my MMC in May, it look 8 weeks for me to ovulate after medical management was done. I have read on here that it can take longer for some women. I know it is hard to be patient. I found it easier to track ovulation with the CB advanced ovulation kit. Normal ovulation tests didn’t work for me.
