Were your pregnancy symptoms different second time

Hey everyone.

I had a MMC in Sept. With that pregnancy I had sore boobs and sickness from 8dpo.

I am trying my again and I am 8dpo today with no symptoms at all.

I was wondering if anyone who got pregnant after mc had the same symptoms as their first or they found symptoms to be different or non existent?

Looking for hope and send love to all those going through the same.

Hopping on here as interested in this too. Did you get sore breasts after? I had this from 7dpo last time, nothing this time
