Hi girls! Can someome please tell me if this is a miscarriage? I've never had this happen before. I thought I just had a period, cuz I was bleeding yesterday, and then I found this. I stopped bleeding after. And I found 3 different masses... I don't want to tell the women in my life that this has happened, if it's true. I'm 22 and heartbroken if this is real. I also have PCOS. I didn't plan for a kid, but I would have kept it.

Have you had a positive pregnancy test? It could be decidual cast.

Hey, I'm sorry you're distressed. This could well just be part of your period. Do you have any reason to think you might have been pregnant? Otherwise I would say no, it doesn't look like a miscarriage.
