Omeprazole/Baby aspirin (recurring miscarriages)

Hi
Has anybody been prescribed Omeprazole and baby aspirin in early pregnancy or after ovulation?
I started to take 150mg aspiring before bed after ovulation but got the worst acid reflux ever so the GP prescribed Omeprazole.
I am not sure how this combination is safe should I get pregnant and also when to take them to reduce the symptoms.
When were you taking each?
Thanks!

I am on a protocol for recurrent miscarriage which includes aspirin and omeprazole (the omeprazole is to combat the side effects of prednisolone which I also have to take) from ovulation/egg collection. I am on 75mg of aspirin only.

@clhsgirl thanks. At what moment of the day do you take them? Do you take both at the same time?

I haven't started taking the omeprazole yet as waiting until after Christmas to start the next round but, looking at my plan, I can see the doctor has said to take the prednisolone and omeprazole close together (omeprazole before breakfast and prednisolone after breakfast) and the aspirin is taken in the evening. As the omeprazole is prescribed to me for the prednisolone and not the aspirin, I would check with the doctor that prescribed the aspirin.

Hi everyone, if you dont mind me asking, what have you all been prescribed the asprin for. I was prescribed from 12 weeks for the pregnancy I have just miscarried but never quite got there, so.... I'm just wondering if i should have had it from the time we started trying or at least from the minute i got a positive test.

@Longbarn5 sorry to hear about your loss...i have been told to take aspirin 150mg at night as I had 3 miscarriages in a row. This is just to help with blood clots which can prevent the fœtus to develop.
I was on 75mg in may when I had a positive test but I ended up miscarrying even earlier 🤦🏼‍♀️so not sure if it really works!!
