Periods after miscarriage

Talk to me about your periods after miscarriage please

My body is so confused

I had a d&c for a mmc august 1st, had my period return 28 days later so I thought great back to normal, then I had another “period” very heavy 2 weeks later, then two weeks after that, mid cycle of this cycle I started spotting sometimes brown sometimes a bit more than spotting with red blood… honestly don’t know what’s happening my body is going haywire! Very frustrating when I want to ttc which is impossible at the moment.
