HELP! SMM tomorrow and I’ve started naturally!!

I have my SMM booked in for tomorrow morning but I’ve just started bleeding - HELP! What do I do??? Do I still go in tomorrow? Has this now started naturally? It’s extremely light at the moment and I’m not cramping, but the baby was big - 11W5D. I’m freaking out! What do I do?!?

Stay calm. See how you go overnight. Call 111 if needed, otherwise call the unit in the morning and ask their advice. I'd prep to go in as planned.

Tbh you would be better going in as planned, as they will be able to ensure there's no retained placenta / baby.

• start taking painkillers
• hot water bottle
• do you have a partner on hand incase you need them.
• I would pack a small hospital bag incase you do start to get some pain that your concerned about tonight.

Go tomorrow as planned because things could still move slow and take days.

Thanks ladies! I was ok overnight, very light bleeding and mild cramps. They’ve gotten worse this morning but I’m on my way in now. Praying I don’t have a huge bleed and soil everything!
