Strange periods after miscarriage

i had a MMC at the end of June with medical management, my period came back a month later lighter than usual, I started my second period since miscarriage last Friday it’s extremely heavy that day I bled through whilst in work 😔 however it tapered off over the weekend, but today Tuesday I went to the toilet and looked in and a big clot in the toilet and lots of blood when I wiped, is this normal my bleeding never normal fluctuates this way

It depends what type of medical management you had. If you were not able to clear all of the tissue from your uterus then you will prone to having heaving periods. I had a miscarriage in may of 2023 and that’s what they told me when I decided to go with the choice I was giving. Hope this helps and hope your issue has been resolved.
