Was told the d & c was exactly the same
procedure as a termination (no judgement as I’ve had one before)
got out today and gone for a wee and can feel my bladder hurting when I pee. Apparently they used a catheter..they never did this with the termination and I feel like this way has been more invasive as im
in pain!
im really cross as I asked all if this before and was shrugged off when I told them
i was in pain
They didn’t say they would be using the catheter if they had I would have asked more questions

Hey, I’m not sure if they used a catheter for mine but I’ve had bladder and all sorts of pain down there since 48 hours after surgery. It remains 6 days post surgery but definitely improving.

I’ve also had shooting butt pain - how lovely! It’s like a miscarriage isn’t enough! I’ve been taking milk of magnesia & a women’s health probiotic for the last 24 hrs and felt so much better. Might be a coincidence of course.

Ah I feel for you. It’s horrible! I’m feeling so much better today which makes it a full week from my surgery. Tbh, passing wind is the worst bit now and I’m still spotting a little.
