Hey so long story short I am booked in for a d and c next week due to missed miscarriage
as I’ve had severe nausea etc I’ve been taking meds
this evening I fell asleep for a nap and had a nightmare to which I then woke up with an injured ankle and painful shoulder like I had knocked it (I must have either woken up and fell or sleep walking)
anyway fast forward a couple of hours the left shoulder pain is the tip only very painful to touch and most painful when arm completely lifted and I’ve got like a winded / punched in the tummy feeling
would they have checked for ectopic pregnancy at my scans as standard? I have had a Vaginal scan FYI
