Sorry to hear this and I hope things have improved for you. I can't help with regards to medical management but I opted for surgical management (MVA) for RPOC as I wanted it resolved as soon as possible and I had a positive experience with this. RPOC is incredibly frustrating to deal with and just feels like another blow after a miscarriage!

Didn’t work completely for me. I was left with 1cm of RPOC, which took another 5 weeks to pass naturally, when I had my first period after the miscarriage. Had a few scans in this time and it was one of the doctors who suggested this might happen. I took a pregnant test a day and the lines on them got very gradually lighter. A couple of days after I finally tested negative, I passed the final little bit.

I wasn’t in any pain though.

@Tclm I also had mine on Thursday. I have the occasional bit of discomfort but generally feeling ok and bleeding has almost stopped. Just very tired at the moment. I hope it settles for you soon and I would phone EPU if you are concerned. Now already feeling impatient waiting for my period to arrive.
