Anyone experience gas/constipation after D&C?

I got a D&C last week following my miscarriage at 8 weeks. I feel fine afterwards but have noticed ever since getting a lot of trapped wind which is quite painful/bloating and on and off constipation.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I experienced exactly the same. The bloating and trapped wind was extremely painful and lasted around 2 weeks. Eventually things settled but apparently it’s very common after a d&c. I hope you feel better soon xx
