Am I miscarrying again?

I miscarried couple months ago at 6weeks. I found out today I was pregnant I'm only 4weeks. Today I had some brown spotting does this mean I'm miscarrying again? Would appreciate you lay it on me 😔.

bleeding does not always mean mc.
my last mc had no bleeding at all.

this pregnancy I have had bleeding through first trimester 2/3 times a week. Mostly pink spotting but occasionally red and brown. Now 12 weeks and had 2 good scans so far.

I definitely had some blood at the exact 4 week mark . Can still be implantation .

I had bleeding at 5w which I thought was my periods coming as I hadn't tested yet as I was so frustrated from all past negative tests. All went fine with the pregnancy. Good luck 🙂
