Am I having a miscarriage?

I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and yesterday I noticed brown discharge with some clots. It occurred on and off through the day but only small amounts of bright red blood and small clots. I went to get checked out and I was booked in for a scan the following day. They told me it could be normal but won't know until scan. This morning I have mild cramp feeling in lower tummy and continuing to pass small amounts of bright red blood with clots. I'm going mad waiting for the hours to pass. Would someone please view the image of my bleeding and tell me if they have had a similar occurance and what the outcome Was for them?

Sorry love I had the same thing and miscarried but this was at 6weeks. Its different for everybody wishing you the best.

It's very hard to tell unfortunately because bleeding can be totally ok.
What time is your scan?

Thank you both for your kind words. I went for the scan and had to do internal. They said the baby measured 5 weeks and there was a sack slightly bigger. Couldn't see heartbeat but they said at 5 weeks it would be difficult. Of course I know I haven't got my dates wrong by that much. Plus I've come home and my cramping is getting worse and bleeding a bit more. I feel utterly heartbroken I'm wondering if this is it how long does it take. I'm paranoid about passing the baby tonight. I have a scan to confirm on Friday what's happening but it seems pretty clear but so hard to accept still x
