Missed miscarriage - private treatment

I was told I had a missed miscarriage last week at the 12 week dating scan (CRL measuring 8+5). The NHS trust I'm under can't fit me in for surgical management for another 10 days, and that is provisional. I have a strong preference for MVA (surgical management under local anaesthetic) - does anyone know of any private hospitals that offer this? Thankfully it's covered on my medical insurance, but they don't seem to be able to source the specialist directly. Any advice appreciated! I'm located in the Oxford/Reading area but happy to travel. Thanks

Just to update this in case anyone is looking for the same. I ended up getting the MVA done on the NHS (I was able to be referred to a neighbouring trust who could see me sooner). However, I did speak to quite a few private hospitals and consultants, here's what I found (disclaimer, most of this was from speaking to a receptionist or secretary, generally I didn't get as far as booking an appointment so ymmv):

  • Oxford, The Manor - don't offer any management of miscarriage, and that applies across all Nuffield hospitals (e.g. Cheltenham, Wessex, Woking etc.)
  • Ridgeway Hospital Swindon - don't offer MVAs (I didn't ask about other options), and that applies across all Circle hospitals
  • Spire Dunedin Reading - the hospital told me to speak to the secretary to one of the gynaecologists - Mr Swanton. He does carry out the procedure but wouldn't have been able to do it before mid-September
  • New Foscote Hospital - got told to speak to Mr Naoum. He does carry out the procedure but it would have been in London, again would have been a wait of several weeks to get into surgery
  • Ramsay Hospital Reading - have 2 doctors that do the procedure but no availability until September/October
  • Spire Southampton - not done here
  • Spire Portsmouth - not done here
  • CRP Clinic, Epsom - offered here and quick availability, but unfortunately my medical insurance doesn't cover this clinic
