What's going on? Could it be Ectopic?

My period was a week late - I've been really stressed and didn't really clock until last week.

The past few days I have had an extremely painful lower back on one side, which comes and goes. I've also had some bleeding - again which comes and goes, not lots of blood - more like the last days of my period.

Looking at my dates, my last period was 13th - 15th June, so I think I would have ovulated around the 26th June. I've done a ClearBlue Digital and it puts me at 1-2 weeks, but I think I should be a bit further along than this - I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts - my head is a bit all over the place.

Hi, this is really similar to my experience.
My last period was 11th June, positive pregnancy test on the 12th July. I know I conceived on the 26th June.

i never got past 1-2 weeks on the clear blue, I presume due to the fact my Hcg levels were not high enough to push me into the next weekly timeframe (my pregnancy had stopped growing very early on so hcg didn’t rise as it should).

spotting is normal in early pregnancy, as is some mild cramping, and hcg levels vary wildly for each person so please don’t assume the worst!
I also had severe back pain and side pain but mostly that was from constipation and wind!
I didn’t know this at the time and ended up in the EPAU.

pain doesn’t atomically mean somethings wrong or it’s ectopic but I’d definitely recommend going to the EPAU, they can check, take bloods, do a scan etc to hopefully put your mind at ease.
