Two consecutive miscarriages - what next?

Currently going through a second miscarriage in 5 months. What is the next step? It seems we can fall pregnant but cannot get past 6 weeks. After scrolling for hours I am wondering about NK cells? Is it worth pursuing now or trying other tests first? Not sure why I am posting this but I feel lost. I have read success stories on here but the ones that stick out are those who have had many more miscarriages and still do not have their happy ending.

I am so sorry to read this. We saw a private consultant after 2 miscarriages, in some areas (I know Coventry) you can be referred NHS after 2 but mostly it's 3.

You should have a full set of bloods done for clotting, thyroid etc and there might be something there that will hope.

Sending you a hand hold, it is the worst time and I'm so sorry you're going through this.
