How soon after m/c can I get back to normal - including holiday - sorry to sound trivial

I'm currently having a m/c - quite early one at 6.5 weeks. I've had bleeding and cramping.

I'm wondering when it will be safe for me to go on holiday overseas - we really need a break after having had fertility treatment and then this happening.

Does anyone know - obviously I would ask the doctor to check for sure but in advance of me getting hold of them does anyone know the normal advice?

If you're feeling up to it, there's no reason to restrict yourself. Give it a couple of weeks to make sure the physical side is over, but then whenever you feel comfortable going.

sorry to hear this. After my miscarriage I was up and about a few days afterwards - most of the pain was emotional
