Miscarriage/ blood clot

Hi I'm just wondering thoughts on this blood clot. Could this be a miscarriage? I was around a week late coming on. The bleeding has been very heavy but cramps have not been too bad. I did a test a couple of days before but no lines appeared.Thanks in advance for any replies

Menstrual cycles can sometimes vary in length, and a delayed period with the presence of a blood clot could simply be a natural fluctuation in your cycle. If you are testing negative on a pregnancy test I doubt it is a miscarriage as the hormones usually stay in your system and you would test positive. Regardless I recommend you speak to you GP and there could be many underlying reasons. Wishing you the best.
