Feeling like a failure

How do I cope with things I screw up on in general life? I feel like a total failure of a human for ever mistake I make post MC 🥺

Your hormones, your emotional state, your physical state right now is not what you’re used too. You’re not screwing up anything, you’re grieving.
it’s ok, you’ll get past this, you will feel better sooner than you know

You are not a failure. There is nothing YOU could have done to change the outcome of your pregnancy unfortunately. Society is actually failing women everyday by not educating and speaking about just how many women miscarry and how it can emotionally challenge us.
Not only do you have to grieve the loss of what could have been, you have hormones shifting around at rapid speeds that you cannot control. It is OK to be critical and upset. But you will get through this.
