Soreness and spotting after MVA

I had an MVA nearly 3 weeks ago. Everything went really smoothly...we had sex about a week after as the bleeding had stopped completely but I've been sore around the opening of my vagina...not overly but just feels a little bit sore...and I've had spotting on and off since. Just wondered if anyone has had the same? If it's going to calm down a bit.

same happened to me after the first time (probably about three weeks after too) it was really uncomfortable and bled for about a week after. I’m 8 weeks from having MVA and its a lot better now your body is just trying to heal but it will get better ❤️‍🩹
