Miscarriage at 7 weeks experience please.

I had two scans both which showed an empty sac and was told I will miscarry. Had spotting on and off. Today at 5 am morning I woke up with intense contraction like cramps that went on for two hours and I bled like crazy and passed three soft clots TMI. Slowly the bleeding and cramps have settled down. It's been 5 hrs and now I am bleeding like a normal period. Does this mean I have miscarried?. Also I had intense pain on one side of tummy(both scans showed intrauterine pregnancy). I'm afraid have they missed ectopic pregnancy?. Is this it? I feel like a zombie 😭

I am sorry you are going through this.

I can't comment from a miscarriage perspective technically but, for regrettable reasons, I had a medical abortion at 7 weeks earlier this year.

For the passing, it was was a few clots and cramps in the first 24hrs then bleeding like a normal period for about 6 days total then I repeated a test after a couple of weeks when the hormones had settled to check.

If you are concerned in any way that it could be an ectopic pregnancy then I'd probably suggest giving 111 a call and talking through your symptoms to be sure 💕
