Found out today I have had a MMC, 2nd one since starting IVF. Clinic has advised me to come off progesterone and have an appointment with the EPAU tomorrow morning to confirm. My area does testing following 2 miscarriage so we are keen to do this. I know a D&C is best for this but last time I passed the tissue before the 2nd EPAU scan (they need to do two one week apart) because of the progesterone withdrawal. Does anyone know if they would be able to collect the tissue at home and bring it in for testing? I am worried about missing the opportunity if we stop progesterone now.
