Empty sac floating white debris?

Hi everyone,

Had a private scan at 8+1 and the sac was empty measuring 5+1 (the sac). They said my uterus was soooooo tilted back and got me to fully fill my bladder to push it forward. They then saw a baby, got a heartbeat and yolk and baby measuring 7+5 so 3 days behind, all good I thought. Due to the panic caused the offered me a 2nd follow up scan which I had couple days ago at what should have been 9+4.... Couldn't see anything at all. Cue going to try fill my bladder again. They said they could see something but insufficient growth and they think missed miscarriage.

I paid to have a transvaginal the same day because of BH weekend. At this place they put it down as a "unknown location". He showed me the sac which measured around 27mm and said it's empty. He could see white bits (see pic) but that he can't say what this is. I already know it's not ectopic because I seen the heartbeat.
I have the hospital this week to discuss intervention options like d&c etc :-( as I've had no bleeding or anything.

Can I ask, what would the white bits be? I mean my eyes play tricks and I swear I make out the shape of a foetus but thats what our minds do. Is this part of the foetus that have been reabsorbed?? :(
