Ovulation after D&C last Wednesday is this normal

I had a MMC and had surgical management last Wednesday. Pregnancy tests were negative the day I got home from hospital but I’m getting ovulation pains today and my test is blazing positive. Would I be ovulating this soon after D&C? Any positive stories from anyone this happened to and the pregnancy was ok?

Any news on this? I had surgery for a miscarriage 6 days ago and really hope this happens for me, did you ovulate?

@Unicorn2023 Yes I did but I didn’t try again because I wanted to let my body heal first ♥️ just keep taking ovulation tests it might be the same for you. I hope you get your BFP soon 🤞🏻🤗

Oh I hope so, mine was such a long process, had retained products but only found after 3 weeks and all a bit complicated. I'm still bleeding a little bit now but hoping I ovulate soon, I know I'll feel a million times better if I can get a BFP again soon. Baby dust to you too 😀
