Strong symptoms after miscarriage

Hi everyone, I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks, found out at a private scan that baby had stopped growing at 9 weeks and had no heartbeat. It completely shocked myself and husband as we had no indicator anything was wrong. I have suffered with severe sickness/acid reflux since 5 weeks.

I had ERPC procedure Thursday night (surgical management). But I still have severe sickness and all pregnancy symptoms. They are not fading or getting better at all, in fact they are worse. I am still taking the anti sickness/anti reflux meds. But I have thrown up seven times today and have been unable to keep food/drink down. Along side the mental struggle this feels like torture. Is it possible this is just from high hCG in my blood still, maybe?! I am thinking about contacting the hospital tomorrow.
Please, has anyone got any experience or advice to share? Thank you for reading x

Hi, sorry for your loss!
we MMC last year and just recently, same we didn’t suspect but I took a PT 3 weeks later after medical management and it was still a strong positive, I still had all symptoms went for a scan and the tablets didn’t work, I was 1 in 100! Maybe see if you can have a scan to be sure it has worked. Good luck x

Hi, I still had a positive test 3 weeks after my miscarriage had completely gone and bleeding had stopped.
Apparently HCG hangs around for a long time.
Just to add even after my diagnosed miscarriage I was still having very strong symptoms waiting for the bleeding to start.

Hope it settles down for you op x
