Positive tests after miscarriage

Hi everyone just after some advice - I’m going to call the EPC tomorrow but driving myself mad in the meantime!

I found out I had a MMC on the 3rd March at an early scan (should have been 9 weeks - measuring 7.5 with no heartbeat). I had an ERPC on the 16th March, minimal bleeding lasted for a few days and my tests appeared to get lighter and I’m sure it was negative on the 3rd April.

I started rechecking ovulation from this point and LH rise was 10/11th April so think my ovulation date was the 12/13th.

Confusing part incoming 🤣 I done a pregnancy test on the 11th April out of curiosity and it was a faint positive, this was the same on the 12th April - I spoke to a few people and they said I could have ovulated/fell pregnant after the MC so to keep an eye on progression. The lines then disappeared on my test on the 18th so assumed this was leftover HCG. I then rechecked on the 20th April (supposedly 8/9 DPO) on a first response and it was a faint positive. I’ve rechecked this again today and is another faint positive.

I don’t want to overthink symptoms - boobs are a bit tender and I’ve got a cramp in the lower left side. I’m going to recheck tomorrow and then call the EPC but just wondering if anyone has had anything similar.

Thinking it’s possibly leftover HCG but
a) should it still be there 5 and a half weeks post miscarriage and
b) why does it keep coming/going

Hoping that when I recheck tomorrow it’s showing a line progression as technically would be around 11 DPO but my lines were pretty strong at 9 DPO last time.

I’ve attached photos with dates if people have good line eyes lol

Thank you guys ❤️
