4 weeks 5 days pregnant

Hey guys, I know this is incredibly early but i am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant ( roughly) i had reallllyyyyy senstivtive/hard nipples no other real symptons a bit tired but i put this down to be slightly under the weather.
Last night all of a sudden my nipple symptom completely disappeared, woke up today an still no sensitivity i have had 2 miscarriages before all lost at 5.5 weeks convceived via IVF this pregnancy is letrozole so alot more natural I am just wondering if any other ladies have experienced this.

Loss of symptoms is something that happens lots of women, it doesn't necessarily mean anything bad, it's just that your hormone levels fluctuate all over the place in pregnancy.

I had zero symptoms in my first pregnancy, and I mean zero, until the heartburn kicked in 3rd trimester. 2nd pregnancy had a little nausea but that didn't kick in til at least 8 weeks and before that I had no symptoms except a missed period.
