Hi
I’ve had 4 previous MCs (2 chemicals one Mmc and a very recent mc)
I have become pregnant again and initially it was a PUL but then they found an irregular gestation sac in the right place
I was seen two weeks ago and went back today due to a loss of pregnancy symptoms and then pain and some bleeding
I was scanned
i should be over 7 weeks and it’s measuring at least a week behind
fetal heart rate was very low (87) there was a large yolk sac and a “chorionic bump”
I’ve been told to go back in two weeks
I don’t think this can possibly end well can it
I’ve started the progesterone pessaries now but I feel it’s too late and it anything this may just prolong the process
has anyone had this and had a good or bad outcome?
Part of me thinks maybe I should bot take the pessaries and just let this miscarriage happen if that’s what is going to happen anyway
I have been pregnant since the start of January with a very short gap between my last mc and this new pregnancy so it feels very draining waiting another two weeks
I think it’s all pretty hopeless. Can this sort itself out?

Hi, do you mind me asking what outcome of this was? I've been told today I have the same chronic bump and I'm measuring a few days behind. X

I’m sorry I only just saw this message
not a good outcome for me I’m afraid, took the progesterone for two weeks and returned but it no longer had a heartbeat and had stopped growing not long after my last appointment. Although it was expected really I still found it very upsetting possibly more so than the time before as I’d invested more hope into it, if that makes sense. They tested it this time for me and there was a chromosomal abnormality found.
