HGC / period after loss

i had a MMC 3rd feb. I had hcg taken 2 weeks ago (bloods) which were near to normal level but have repeat bloods tomorrow. Late on sat evening I felt like I got my period, which stopped yesterday. Just out of curiosity before my bloods tomorrow I took an east at home and there's a faint line but we only DTD once, just over two weeks ago so I'm sure it isn't that but the bleeding seems strange if I'm still getting a faint positive. Anyone experienced this?

I’m going through something similar ish
my tests are positive a month after a mc
but only a one off more or less since then
it is possible to have a new pregnancy it seems but for me I think the one off would’ve been too early so I’m in some limbo state not knowing until they agree to scan me again (as they’re sure it’s just leftover hcg I think)
It is possible if your hcg was near normal two weeks ago for you to have ovulated again, though
How sensitive is the test you’ve used?

Hello! Sorry you're going through this too @ohnoh . I'm just using an easy at home test, unsure how sensitive they are. My hcg levels were pretty high when I had medical management so wondering if it's just taking a while to reach zero. I had blood work done a few weeks ago and they said the hcg was almost at zero so assuming this just left over hcg but I also do feel like this is a period as starting and stopping! So confusing!

It’s very confusing! & I’m a hcp myself I still can’t work out what’s going on
I called my EPU and they’re going to scan me Friday to check ‘for retained tissue’
but I feel weird
I guess it can just be hcg taking longer to clear but it could maybe be another pregnancy in your case with that timing
