Hi I need some help… I had my 12 week scan on the 29th if December 2022 I have had multiple scans due to bleeding ect but my 12 week scan was good!! then on 24th of January my 16 week appointment I found out I lost my baby in them few weeks from my scan to that appointment. The scan on the 24th showed that most has sadly passed already, I then had a kinda period The next day… well I was due on 3 days ago now and nothing!!! And a negative pregnancy test what should I do? What’s happening with my body?

There's some really good support friends. I'm sorry to hear it. I had a miscarriage at the same time. I suspect your kinda period was the remainder of the miscarriage- your body will still be regulating, so you may not be on at the same time. It's a waiting game, unfortunately.
