Night sweats after miscarriage?

Hi, I had a MMC just before Xmas. I got my period a few weeks ago and since then I have had night sweats and trouble sleeping. I have never had something like this before :( I have not been able to spot ovulation after the latest period (and since the night seating). I’m 33 and this was my first pregnancy, I have not had any hormonal problems before this, and I got pregnant at first try - menopause seems unrealistic?

anyone else having night sweats like 1 month after the miscarriage and when did they go away? What to do? Please help.

When you say night sweats what do you mean? I think a lot of people (myself included) think they’ve had night sweats because they’ve woken up hot and sweaty. Then I had night sweats due to menopause after my hysterectomy and it was like nothing I’d had before. I was dripping wet like I’d been in the bath in my clothes.

what I’m saying is, what you’re experiencing might just be your hormones regulating and some hotness (which is grim!) but it’s not true night sweats. If it IS night sweats, it’s worth a GP visit to get some bloods done just to check you out, but it’s still likely to just be your body self regulating ❤️

I had them after birth. I was told that it was the hormones in the body dropping. I used to have to get changed 3/4 times a night . Hopefully once the hormones level out it will stop for you

I've had it after all three pregnancies and it is grim I really really really feel for you

I also get them when I am anaemic? Have you had bloods done?

I have a few tips but nothing to fix it
I sleep on towels and leave a stack by the bed so I can take them off and swap for a dry one

Tie my hair up off face

I sleep with a cotton pillow case folded into 1/4s in my very very top of my t shirt coming out the neck and sitting on my neck as this is where I sweat the most and it really helps
I also swap those out

Leaving a fresh dry supply of everything incl clothes and sheets means I don't have to walk around the house in the dark freezing cold dripping in sweat after wearing all the pyjamas I could find without disturbing people

Sending you loads of love

Thank you all for you answers ❤️ I don’t get soaking wet, I only notice that I’m a bit sweaty in my neck, and I feel hot. But I still wake up from it and my heart is also beating very fast. I’m just confused that the hormonal regulation (if it is it?) happens first now, more than a month after MMC, I’ve read that ppl that have given birth get night sweats directly after giving labour?

Just now I got positive OPK test, will see whether the ovulation go through or not. I have booked some tests now also.

It could be that only now your hormones are dropping to normal, it can take a while. ❤️
