Is there any hope with this?

7 weeks today. 3 days ago started to get a pain in lower back. Got progressively worse to the point it was difficult to move around, DH had to help get me dressed etc. Hardly slept. DH helped me out of bed in the morning but I couldn't get one foot in front of other with the pain. Then I passed out.
OOH advised to go to A&E. Had a scan and there was a heartbeat, baby measuring roughly the same as my dates. But they could see a bit of a bleed on the uterus. The bleeding is internal. I haven't had any bleeding yet, not even spotting. Cervix was still closed.
The pain eased quite a bit, but still very sore, to the point that walking, moving etc hurts, very difficult to find a position sitting or lying that does not hurt. Cannot lift anything. Cannot bend.
Is there any hope here given there was a heartbeat?
Have another scan week after next but it seems so far away.
The not knowing and swinging between hoping for the best and then giving up hope is driving me mad. Has anyone experienced this? What was the outcome?

Thank you. They just said to come back for scan in 2 weeks. Couldn't say if which way it would go, just that it was higher risk now. They were mainly concerned with making sure it wasn't eptopic. They said they would admit me to keep an eye as the pain was so bad, but it had eased somewhat by then and I just wanted my own bed so she said to come back if I started bleeding or pain got worse again.
It hasn't gotten worse since but no better either.
I don't even really know what advice I'm looking for.
