TW possible miscarriage

Hi mums first time posting, my period was 10 days late and I was starting to get hopeful possibly excited even then I was woke at 4 with cramps and covered in blood could this possibly be a chemical miscarriage 😕 the bleedings been heavy constantly I’ve never experienced anything like this 😕I will attach some pictures hope no one offended thanks for reading ❤️

Hi. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I experienced an early loss in October where I had severe cramping and heavy bleeding with large clots. I contacted mg GP and they advised to test again in a few days/a week as if it is an early miscarriage they can’t stop it. I was very early on and my tests were getting fainter daily and negative within less than a week. However for some women bleeding can be normal. Most hospitals have an early pregnancy unit but my understanding is that you have to be referred by your GP. Having gone through an early loss I know how difficult it is because people think it’s easier as it was early but it’s so difficult. Some women do bleed and continue to have a healthy pregnancy. I hope things work out for you. Sorry I can’t be more helpful but for me the testing gave me my answers as my lines started to get lighter
