Spotting, hemorrhage or potential MC?

I’ve been bleeding fairly heavily (like a period) for around 4 days now and have been passing small clots
Quite sharp like period pains, and when the pain comes so does the bleeding
Is this normal bleeding or could it be a MC?

I missed my period for a day and next day in the evening I see small lighting bleeding with small clots then it stops and the next day when wiping was just seeing small light bleeding on the tissue then it stops for hours then I see it again, is it normal or
