I had a miscarriage (at around 8 weeks) just over 4 weeks ago. Over the past few days I have had bad cramps like my period is coming but very little bleeding, just some spotting. Yesterday the flow got a little heavier but still not as much as my normal period. I was told the first period after miscarriage is likely to be very heavy so I have been bracing myself for that but so far its kind of feeling like my period is trying to start but it can’t get going properly for some reason. I have bad cramps though and lots of other period symptoms. Not sure what’s happening, perhaps this is normal after a miscarriage? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
