Bleeding week 5 after IVF

Hi, been reading a lot of posts. This is my first.
Had IVF and finally got a positive test.
At 5 weeks starting bleeding heavy so went to early pregnancy unit.
Called me back for scan next day, which did not show any pregnancy.
HCG of 600.
Want me back again on Saturday to confirm the miscarriage.
My tests still coming back positive but will probably take awhile.
Im certain it is a miscarriage, but also hopeful that maybe they did not see anything on internal scan because it is too early?

Thanks for your reply. Been 5 days heavy bleed. Seems to be never ending.
Awaiting second lot of hcg bloods.
Just thinking about our next round of Ivf, just want to get started again!

Sounds like we are on very similar paths. I had cramping yesterday and passed a clot. The bleeding is light and is on and off. Last scan showed a completely empty gestational sac. It measured a couple of weeks behind.

I’m an ivf pregnancy too so I know my dates can’t be wrong.

I feel exactly like you describe- just want to move forwards now.

Thinking about the next round. It’s a really tough process isn’t it!
