Next cycle after a chemical pregnancy

Hi all. I'm in a bit of a tiz and would really like some experiences if possible

I had a vv early miscarriage 2 weeks ago. For back story we're ttc so I've been tracking and early testing. I got a bfp around 9dpo then by 13dpo it was negative, period started at 14dpo as expected and was a fairly normal period, although a little heavier than normal.

Since the end of my period (last Sunday) I've had constant mild cramps in my back and uterus, exactly like period pains just before you come on. I've had absolutely no bleeding or anything else to report.

My cycles are textbook 28 days with no abnormalities ever. Should I be worried about this? Or is this to be expected?

I've got all kinds of worries going on in my head from fibroids to cervical cancer 😭

If you are worried it might set your mind at rest to go to the doctor, but I had a chemical in September, and my two periods after felt a little weird, and I got all worried. I went to the doctor and she was very reassuring. Keep an eye on your next period. Could it also be stomach cramps? I also suffer from IBS and definitely have had worries I'm having period pains when its actually cramps from nerves and anxiety

Hi OP, aware this is an older thread and my message probably won't be seen. This thread is the nearest to what I'm currently going through and just wondered if everything was OK in the end. I have what I believe to have been a chemical loss, I have the usual 28 day cycles as yourself, I was a day late last cycle and did a test, test had a faint positive but then the next day I came on, had a normal ish bleed, quite heavy and enough that I couldn't mistake for any implantation bleed. After my period on day 8 my opk was sooo dark (not usual) and I just felt pregnant so did a test which again was a faint positive, stronger than the one before AF, from then I've had them get fainter and now negative for 4 days (now day 12). My concern is ive had pain in uterus and my back all on the right side. I saw gyno for unrelated reason on day 9 who did a urine test which was negative so basically said its fine. Could I ask what your outcome was? We are hoping to try again this cycle but I just have a niggling worry it's something bad going on. Thankyou in advance.
