Had extremly bad cramping and very heavy bleeding when this came out of me.... ive never bled that bad before

Have you had a positive pregnancy test?

I've had bad periods where I've had whole clumps of tissue like that come out (zero chance of pregnancy at the time)

Looks like a decidual cast. In which case, it's just the lining of the uterus coming out all in one go and nothing to worry about. Hope you were able to get some proper pain relief though.
